Introducing…Big Careers!

a new one-on-one youth mentorship program

The Blake Johnson Alliance is thrilled to announce Big Careers, a one-on-one mentorship program created in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and Inland Empire. The program will offer first-generation college students the opportunity for personalized and dedicated mentorship with successful business leaders in Southern California.

Johnson has experienced first-hand how the guidance of a mentor can change your trajectory in life. The Blake Johnson Alliance was created with the goal of supplying opportunities that advance youth within the community. This program supports youth as they pursue a higher education and lays the groundwork for their success post-high school.

Johnson is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) Los Angeles and a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors. He plans to engage these networks of established chief executives in the greater Los Angeles area to recruit mentors and help scale this initiative.
